This shop is outstanding! After discovering Airpark Auto Pros on Groupon, I have brought three different vehicles in for service within the past 30 days. They provide excellent service at very competitive prices without upselling. After each service, they perform a complimentary multi-point inspection which is very helpful in pointing out both future and immediate areas of concern. The shop manager, Johnny Burley, does an excellent job of scheduling repairs, completing work as promised and at the estimated price, communicating with customers, and resolving issues. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to Airpark Auto Pros for both routine maintenance and repairs, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive service!

I almost don’t want to tell you all how great this place is, they really understand how to cater to a wide variety of customers. Lounge is clean and well stocked, they take great care of all of their customers that I witnessed while waiting. Honest assessments, no upselling, and they explained things in a way someone not knowledgeable about cars would understand. Already referred someone else and will be visiting next week.

The hours M-F/8-5 don’t work well for me but luckily I was off yesterday. Went in for a brake fluid flush, way overdue. They did a full check as well, citing the correct problems that I know my car has. Good team, good service.

Very good service, I called and was in with two vehicles on the same day. No pressure, oil changed and safety inspection of entire vehicle. Very professional customer service oriented personnel. This is the second time I’ve used their services and would recommend others to do the same.
