BEWARE! I purchased a Groupon for a synthetic oil change from Airpark Auto Pros for my Mercedes, fully aware that the voucher covered 5 quarts and that I'd need to pay extra for the additional quart. I paid $53 for the Groupon. After leaving my vehicle for service, I received a text message: my car supposedly didn't qualify for the Groupon because it’s a "German car, and the filter is more expensive." They acted like they were doing me a favor by even accepting the voucher. The extra charge they demanded was $28, which is over 50% of the Groupon cost! Their additional charges are anything but clear, and they seem to invent their own pricing structure on the fly. I could have found a much better deal elsewhere. Find a more honest place, and don't believe the fake reviews.

Mr. Saff, I looked into the situation you described, including the text messages between you and our manager that get stored in our shop management system. I was pleased to see that our manager contacted you before beginning the service to make sure you were okay with the additional cost up front. This is important because we always give full transparent pricing up front and get approval from our customers before proceeding. We never change the price after completing the work. I was happy to see that our manager followed this practice and that you were okay with the pricing in advance. I was also happy to see that our manager followed our customary practice of both honoring the full value of the Groupon as a gift certificate and also applying the Groupon discount to the incremental cost of being a Mercedes. I can see from the chat, that you were appreciative as well, but I also understand that it's very frustrating when it seems like everything on a Mercedes costs more. And finally, we are taking your feedback to heart and are creating a totally separate Groupon for Mercedes and similar cars. Our hope is that this will avoid any confusion in the future.

Just to put this comment in perspective, I had a 2011 Jeep Wrangler for the past nine years and have had a Dodge Charger for the past year, so unfortunately, I’m no stranger to machine shops. But Airpark Auto Pros is by far, hands down, the top of the top, absolute best shop I’ve ever taken any of my cars to. I mean, this place checks off all the boxes! From their customer service, prices, turnaround times, and an automated texting system for quote estimates and billing there’s really nothing to complain about! Unfortunately, I’ve had to take my car there twice now (no fault of the shop), but each time, these guys make you feel like you’re in good hands! 10/10 would recommend!

I purchased coolant for my vehicle but had been struggling to fill it up for weeks. I called Airpark and Ernie offered to do it for me free of charge. The communication was great as he told me the exact time to come in and who to ask for. When I arrived, he was prompt in helping me and the entire experience was seamless. I think it says a lot about a business when they are willing to help someone out without asking for anything in return. Airpark has certainly earned my business in the future!
