This may be the garage I've been looking for. I use to do my mechanical work, but I am looking for a good shop to take over for me. Airport Auto Pros staff is friendly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The service was fast, they took care of me. They inspected my vehicle and their finding were right on! I'll be back in the future to let them take care of them. I feel confident that they will do right by me.

I recently had my oil changed at Air Park Auto pros and had a great experience. Easy to get an appointment and they even took me when I arrived early. The waiting area is the cleanest I’ve ever seen at an automotive shop and offers soft drinks, snacks, and a TV. Staff was friendly and did not push any unnecessary services. I will definitely be back.

Very professional service and prices are reasonable. As a woman, I never feel as though they're trying to upsell me or pressure me into any services other than what I came in for. I really appreciate that and will continue to give them my business.

Definitely, without a doubt, would recommend Airpark Auto Pros to any and everyone I know. Each time i’ve been there the customer service is superb. I just went yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with yet another experience with them. They respected my appointment time, got right to work on my oil change, fully checked my car and let me know that I had one other maintenance issue plus no pressure to have anything else done to my car if I didn’t want to. 10/10 experience every time and I will for sure be back. Integrity Auto Care came through when I needed the help. I called a few other mechanics and got the run-around on when I could get my car fixed. Then, I called Integrity Auto Care, and Dan was easygoing and told me to bring the car in the morning. I took the car in, and the mechanics were easygoing, truthful, and up-front. I'm very happy with their service and intend to use them in the future.

I'm not sure why this place has 5 stars. I went in knowing I had a misfire on cylinder 3 and requested a tune-up involving coil, and spark plug change. I received a notification via text message that the diagnosis for a charge. I accepted this, even though I already knew it was a cylinder 3 misfire. Via a text and a link, they confirmed the cylinder 3 misfire and suggested swapping coil 3 for coil 4 and replacing all spark plugs for $900. This seemed like a good idea to minimize costs, as it involved replacing only one coil with minimal labor fees. The cover wouldn't need to be removed again since the cylinder 4 coil can be swapped without removing the cover. However, this approach left me with potentially one new coil and three old coils that could eventually fail, likely bringing me back to the shop. Alternatively, if this didn't work, I'd end up with new spark plugs, one new coil, three old coils, and still have the original issue unresolved. At this point, I expected a call to discuss the options, but they just pushed the notification with brief notes and their suggested course of action without much opportunity for discussion. It would have been much cheaper to get a tune-up changing spark plugs and coils somewhere else. I decided not to proceed and took the diagnostics hit, but it was better to stop the potential for excessive costs.
