I recently had my rear brakes serviced here, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The staff was incredibly professional, transparent about the pricing, and I was given free ride from the shop to my home and back. It is rare to find a company that combines high-quality mechanical work with such welcoming customer service!

I needed my drive seat Buckle replaced and went on a Google and found Airpark Auto Pros. Thier reviews definitely match their service. As soon as I arrived they gave me full details of the service and what to expect. I was equally impressed with the care for their staff/mechanics. My appt was at 11 and as he explained the repair could run longer because the mechanic will need to break for lunch. I was totally impressed. I believe they tighten a few additonal items because my car was running smoothly. It is a community auto repair shop with lots of love and care. I definitely will be going back.

Excellent customer service and mechanics. I called on a Monday for a MD State Inspection and made appointment for Tuesday. They fixed the issues and completed an oil change. Prices were better than other places I contacted. Drop off and key process was easy. Payment via internet link made my experience better because I was at work and couldn’t be there during business hours. Very pleased and will come back with all my cars. Thank you Airpark Auto Pros! They also came out to help me put on my new license plates because the previous owner took the screws. They went above and beyond.

Great customer service and excellent work. I just had my oil changed and a 38 point inspection. My favorite part was all the SNACKS AND DRINKS.

The service was quick and done well. The prices are good. They give suggestions on additional services but do not pressure you into it. Communication is clear and they send pictures of parts removed and services done to your phone. They also don’t do work until you approve it digitally with a clear breakdown of what will be done and the cost. I will definitely be a returning customer!
