Well, initially we were adamant taking this brand new car to the Honda Dealer. The A3 service light came on calling for brake fluid change, but I know for sure it's not needed on a 2,000 mile brand new car. Yet had experience Honda would pressure you into it, especially for a 70+ old lady. I knew only an oil change is needed, so gave Airpark a try, it was so easy to book an appointment online, I booked 4:00pm and they're nice enough to move my schedule to an hr early. Got in 3:00pm, car's already in the bay by 3:03pm. They're fast, but also very thorough. Sitting in the lounge with large window through the shop, I can see the technician's work. Oh, and the front desk staffs are very friendly. You can tell they're valued by their employer, cause you can senses they're not pressured to upsell and the good vibe was felt. For the non-mechanical incline car owners, it's a great start to carry a meaningful discussion knowing they are here to help, not to upsell you like the dealership.
