Very disappointing experience. I came here twice for an oil change after finding their Groupon deal, and both times there were issues. The first visit, they didn’t have the correct filter and I waited two hours while they got one. Today, after making an appointment two weeks in advance, I waited another two hours only to be told they still didn’t have the filter. After the service was finally completed, they couldn’t reset the oil change light because their software wasn’t updated, even though my car is a newer model. A shop should be prepared with the correct parts and equipment before accepting appointments. I would not recommend this place for German vehicles and I will not be returning.
