Came in for a synthetic oil change with a Groupon; the initial phone call was quick and to the point. On my appointment day they verified my name and asked for my email. I was told the oil change would take 45 mins on the call and the folks said no more than an hour upon arrival but it took about an hour and 20. Our wait wasn't that bad, reception was spotty but they had charging outlets, a water filter, and a smart tv. They found my Groupon through my name, walked me through my recommendations (nothing more than brakes and filters) and no pressure to purchase additional services. I noticed they left the floor paper in the car but at least they were courteous enough not to get my mats dirty. I even ran back in to use the bathroom which smelled nice and was clean!! I thought long and hard about it but who am I to take business away from a company because of small things. Overall; good place and I'll definitely go back. Thanks for serving my vehicle. One more thing: the gentleman at the counter said they are willing to work with any vehicle warranty company so that's a plus!!
