I took my motorcycle to this garage in mid-April for a new rear tire, oil change, and service. Days later, I had to call them to find out their mechanic had CRASHED my bike on a test ride — scraping the side and denting the fuel tank. They promised to fix it. Three and a half months later, after excuse after excuse (“painter having trouble,” “parts on back order”), I finally got it back — still not fully repaired. Damaged parts were never replaced, decals never reinstalled. They never once called me with updates. Not once. I had to chase them every time. Accidents can happen, but the way they handled it was unprofessional, slow, and careless. My bike sat for months, and I still don’t have the repairs they promised. I would strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.
