I am confident with the service I received from Airpark Auto Pros with my 2011 Ford Explorer XLT. Even with it having multiple issues, Mr. Johnny is awesome, and his customer service is A+. He is very accommodating, and my baby will not go anywhere else moving forward. I feel much safer now that he checked after his mechanics service to be assured everything was safe and done to his high standards. I Love It!!

One of the best car services I've ever experienced. I requested a 60K mile service in accordance with my owner's manual and the staff was not overly pushy to get more work done. I was able to drop off my car the day before since my appointment was early and my car was finished before noon. I highly recommend this shop and plan on returning for more maintenance services.

I don't usually review places or establishments or anytbing but this repair shop blew my mind. Extremely comfortable waiting area with coffee/snack/drink options and a TV with cable. Clean and aesthetically pleasing. Just went for a groupon oil change but they gave me a whole diagnostic report of my car that included detailed photos of any worn parts/old fluids and crystal clear explanation as to why they should be replaced soon. The counter guy was knowledgeable and friendly and well spoken. All around an extremely rare experience. I'll be back and I'll be recommending this place left and right.

Great experience at Airpark Auto Pros working with Samir. Came in for routine wiper blade work and brake flush. It turned out that there was an oil leak that was under warranty from the manufacturer which he found. Very professional and great customer service. Very pleased with the work.
