The office itself was clean, well-kept, and welcoming, with a comfortable waiting area, good coffee and tea options, and even snacks (including vegan-friendly choices!). And one more thing that deserves recognition; I accidentally dropped my debit card outside their shop, and the team promptly reached out after it was found by a neighboring business.
