I recently had the pleasure of visiting Airpark Auto Pros for an oil change. I had a few other concerns I mentioned and everything was checked out & the services/payments were all very clearly communicated. One thing that stood out to me was he mentioned up front that I’m not technically due for an oil change. I don’t drive my car much so I typically just follow the recommended time frame rather than the mileage, but they were honest enough to verify before continuing with the service. I didn’t feel like I was being scammed or ridiculously upsold, which is something I have NEVER experienced before when dealing with car mechanics/dealers/etc. Ever. Especially as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I’ve been raised to be very careful of getting scammed in these situations or always bring a man with me. But I felt like I was in a safe environment with genuine people, and for that reason alone I will definitely be back and recommending this business to everyone I know!

Very efficient and professional

I got a Groupon coupon for oil change. When I called to book the appointment, my phone's service reception was very poor. However, the gentleman who answered the phone was very patient and got my information. When I got in, reception was warm and professional. They finished my service in record time, and I was on my happy way. Oh, I even got a gift from them! I am a happy customer, definitely returning and pointing friends and family their way!
