I found this auto shop through google search and was extremely pleased I selected them from the several options I saw. Their customer service was great, offered me great and accurate advice on the findings with my car and completed the repairs I needed on time as I waited in their facility. The waiting areas is neat and I could do some of my office work while I waited. I can say for sure that I trust the team at Airpark Auto. Everything they pointed out to me was accurate and necessary. They even helped me decide between priority repairs and what could wait.

Professional, convenient, efficient, transparent!! I had an excellent experience. I loved being able to navigate through the process electronically-- I could review the quote, pictures of parts taken out were sent for review and new parts installed. They communicated throughout and because of my schedule, I was able to pickup my car after hours.

I have a older car and I need to get some input on the safety of the car because it was leaking fluids and I wanted to find out if it was worth fixing. After a very in-depth inspection, I was able to determine that my car needed way more work than it was worth. the manager at the store was very polite and professional and I would recommend the shop to anyone.
