Well, initially we were adamant taking this brand new car to the Honda Dealer. The A3 service light came on calling for brake fluid change, but I know for sure it's not needed on a 2,000 mile brand new car. Yet had experience Honda would pressure you into it, especially for a 70+ old lady. I knew only an oil change is needed, so gave Airpark a try, it was so easy to book an appointment online, I booked 4:00pm and they're nice enough to move my schedule to an hr early. Got in 3:00pm, car's already in the bay by 3:03pm. They're fast, but also very thorough. Sitting in the lounge with large window through the shop, I can see the technician's work. Oh, and the front desk staffs are very friendly. You can tell they're valued by their employer, cause you can senses they're not pressured to upsell and the good vibe was felt. For the non-mechanical incline car owners, it's a great start to carry a meaningful discussion knowing they are here to help, not to upsell you like the dealership.

Great service. I have two vehicles over 10 years old. So been getting a bit of maintenance done on both. The best thing in my opinion is they keep good communication with you through the process.

The front desk staff were efficient but not the best communicators. I dropped my vehicle off to check on a noise coming from my AC/Heater, and although I got a text message saying the vehicle check was complete, there were no details. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and the front desk simply said the technician couldn't hear any noise. When asked if there was any other feedback or questions around what to be on the lookout for, I was told "I didn't see your vehicle so I wouldn't know" in a relatively straightforward tone. It came off as dismissive from my end, not to mention I have no idea what to be on the lookout for should something else happen. I drove a good 7 miles out of my way to visit this shop with the understanding it had an above 4.5 star rating. Just my two cents.

I had an oil change done here and the experience was great. The staff was professional, the service was quick, and everything was explained clearly. Pricing was fair and there was no pressure to add unnecessary services. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

Wonderful mechanic. Honest, trustworthy, always helpful, and quick. The front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the waiting area is comfortable and has WiFi if I need to wait for my car. I will keep coming here even though it's not the closest to my house because I trust them to take care of my car!!
