By far one of the best honest experiences I’ve had with mechanics. Took my 2008 Honda Accord for a job that was estimated to cost 2x more at the dealership than what I was quoted by Auto Pros. Used their touch-less drop-off feature (very convenient) and after they inspected the car, they found the problem not to be an actual needed fix. This was great because they actually saved me money and time. I was able to get other much needed fixes done and still be below the estimated repair cost I was getting charged at the dealership. They were very honest with what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. This was great because I didn’t really have all the money to repair everything on the car. Also, they were very knowledgeable and patient explaining all the car needed. At the beginning, their communication wasn’t what I expected, but they were able to turn it back around by keeping me informed after I called a couple of times. But this was understandable as I’m sure the business had to cut back employees’ hours because of COVID. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results and will be going back and letting people know of their great service and unbeatable prices. Great work Airpark Auto Pros! 👏
