If you want competent service and don’t want to get ripped off, go to Air Park Auto Pros! Took my jeep Wrangler to the dealer after I felt some serious wobbling in the front, they then told me I needed new ball joints. I wanted to get a second opinion so I took it to Airpark, because I remembered them from some previous work that they had done well. I also texted them the quote sheet from the Jeep dealer, but I cropped out the actual dealership price quotes. Dealership quote $1230.35 Airpark $9I3.50 for the same job. I okayed it and they ordered the parts and said they could do the work when the parts came in. An hour after I dropped off the car, I got a phone call telling me it doesn’t need ball joints, they balanced the wheels and rotated them and the “death wobble” (Jeeps words to me and written on their quotes) is gone. Mind blown in a good way because of Airpark’s honesty but also mind blown in a bad way knowing I could’ve given Jeep over $1200.00 for “fixing” something that didn’t need to be fixed!

My experience here on Jan 25th was beyond excellent! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Ernie Mendez, the service manager, was so helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and addressed the next important steps needed for me to be safe in my car. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who serviced my car.
