I was looking for a shop where I would not feel intimidated into getting repairs I didn't actually need. This shop had awesome reviews so I decided to give them a shot and wow I am glad I did. The staff is friendly and really knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car and gave a comprehensive breakdown of how my car is doing all together. Airpark Auto Pros has given my family amazing service for the last few years. Every time we come in with a concern they do a full inspection with pictures and then give us a call to explain anything and follow up with what the next steps are. We also love how quick they are! Even with larger issues we are usually in and out in a matter of hours or at most a few days. Everyone I have interacted with at the shop is friendly and knowledgeable. Airpark Auto Pros did a fantastic job with my vehicle. I loved that they did an overall vehicle inspection and then sent me pictures and descriptions of what they noticed on the car. They also discussed with me what was most pressing and what could possibly wait for a bit. They provide a very detailed estimate, again with pictures and descriptions and send it to you to approve over text or email. I was able to easily share this with my partner, discuss next steps and make an informed decision. They were trustworthy, detailed and professional. And of course very clean. They wipe down the car after all work is done with disinfectant to ensure our safety. We have found our new shop for all car repairs.

I had an oil change done recently. I had an appointment at 3pm and when I arrived, they were ready for my vehicle. I didn't have to wait, which I appreciated because it shows that they valued my time. When my oil change was completed, they went over the report and I was done. I would come back in the future.

Airpark Auto pros were prompt and efficient. I have appointment was set within the week. They sent me a text reminder and promptly took my car in when I got there. They accepted the Groupon I had purchased and included 70 point inspection. They did not pressure me to do any additional work put informed me with the inspection that there were things that needed to eventually be done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with a television and internet.
