I drive about 1 hour and 10 minutes just to see John, and it’s worth every minute. Recently, I was concerned about some strange sounds coming from my car. After discussing it with John, we initially thought it might be the axle. However, when I brought my car in for a reinspection last Monday, John took the time to thoroughly check it out and determined that the issue was actually with the strut, not the axle. This is exactly why I trust John with my car. Any other shop might have just replaced the axle and taken my money, but John is honest and truly cares about getting it right. I got my oil change done on Tuesday. The waiting area was extremely clean and cozy. I couldn’t upload my Groupon code but the person at the front desk agreed to honor a part of the deal. Honestly, 5 stars all the way!!!!
