Gaithersburg Auto Repair

Took my car to the dealership because my check engine light came on. Received a preliminary estimate to fix likely problem and some other issues. A week later, the dealership was finally ready to work on the car but the repairs would now be 3 times more expensive than the original estimate and way higher than any online estimates. I called Airpark and spoke with Isaac who easily explained the repairs needed and likely cost. Got my car back from the dealership and took it to Airpark. They found a few additional things that needed fixing, texted clear estimates for me to approve, honored the estimates and got my car in and out of the shop in one day. I will never go anywhere elle.

Good experience, very professional shop. I greatly appreciated that my 8am appointment was treated like an actual appointment. My car went in a few minutes after 8am, the alignment and diagnostic work was done, and I was on my way shortly before 9am.

I found them through Groupon and got a great deal. Isaiah was so great with helping me get in for a last minute oil change. I was able to bring my car and get it serviced same day, with only a short wait. They also gave me a breakdown of what will need to be looked at in the future, which was very much appreciated. Overall, I’ll be back for future maintenance on my car. They did a great job.
