I do not recommend this business. Arrived two hours early for appointment but still had wait till appointment time. My car front bumper got scratched up and they did not notify me. When I reported it they didn’t even apologize. Their slogan is “Exceptionally honest” but in reality they are Exceptionally DISHONEST. Ended up going through my insurance for repair and the rental they would not cover. Took over 3 months to be reimbursed.
Hi Paulari, Upon seeing your review, I followed up with my team because if this happened, we would want to make it right. As it turns out, I was able to verify that as soon as the manager heard about the scratches, he apologized and offered to pay to have them repaired and handle the logistics for you. Since you chose to not have us handle it for you, and chose to go through your insurance company, we were no longer in control of the timing or covering the rental. With regard to the appointment, I understand the frustration of arriving 2 hours early. Please understand though, it would not be right for us to make another customer wait for their appointment when they arrived at the correct time. You have my cell phone number.
