Highly recommend Airpark Auto Pros. Company is very flexible (agreed to install an excellent used Mercedes CV axle that I purchased), extremely competent, quick repair time, and automated electronic order process (i.e., user friendly electronic order form received and returned via phone text). Be careful. They charged $160 for checkup labor in addition to the labor charged for the actual maintenance. The manager there ,(The light younger guy with a blond beard at the front desk, probably related to the owner if not himself) claimed he informed me but never did. He refused to waive it. This $160 fee was just to hook up a device to read the engine light code, which doesn't take more than 2 minutes but they charge 1 hour of labor for it according to his words. I paid the total fees but will never return to this place. I don't like dishonest businesses who take advantage of people with every single opportunity.

Dana, Our customers come to us and gladly pay for diagnosis so they don't waste money by not confirming the problem properly. Proper diagnosis involves interpretation of the computer codes by a Master Technician and testing/investigating to pinpoint the problem. The computer codes indicate the presence of a problem, but not the solution. We also don't mislead our customers by saying that we will waive the diagnosis fee if you do the work with us. That is a sales gimmick and we don't do that. Many shops just pad the diagnosis cost into the repair cost. We don't do that either. It's dishonest. What happened here is that we showed the diagnosis cost as a line-item instead of hiding it from you, and we believe that's the right thing to do.

This Auto mechanic shop is my go to when I have any type of issue with my vehicle. ‘My recent visit 4/2/24 was for a parasitic draw on my car battery. Very efficient in diagnosing the issue caused by the factory stereo.

I have used them for several repairs recently and my car is running great again. Their customer service has been exceptional. When there was a faulty part on one repair it was fixed under warranty. They will make things right and are honest and fair. They also provide free Uber lifts which is very convenient.
