Great experience with Airpark Auto Pros , I changed brakes and fluid brakes , I worked with John Burley was very professional , helpful and easy to work with , car was detailed and registered in the time of scheduled pick-up. Process was easy and smooth.

I needed to get my brake fluid on my Audi checked (service light was on), and the Audi service center couldn't see me for a week. I drive a lot, so was concerned about this timeframe, and knew I needed to try elsewhere. I recalled getting my oil changed before at Airpark Auto Service and having a pleasant experience. So I walked in, no appointment, clearly desperate for someone to look at my car. They immediately started to help me. Thank God they did because my brakes were certainly leaking! They were so polite and efficient, I was in and out in NO time. All around great service and very generous over there.

I'm very much happy I brought my vehicle here for repair without a regret. Several alignment have been done on vehicle yet still the alignment issue has not been solve. This is the only repair center that have told me the real issue why alignment has not been solve. The technician was straight-forward and honest. I'm will take my vehicle back there so the issue of alignment on my vehicle can be finally be solve. The technician asked me if I have ever hit the vehicle before and my response was "YES" .The technician well something is bent on the vehicle that's the reason several alignment has been done yet still its not corrected. This is the first repair center that diagnosis the alignment issue with the vehicle. Thank guys I appreciate you all. See you soon.

Highly Recommend. I was looking for a respectable, reliable, honest mechanic who can work on a new-ish Mercedes. I have found that in Airpark Auto Pros. I brought my car in for a check of something I'm not sure is a problem. They diagnosed, gave a professional review, with results that I can rely on. They did not try to sell me on something I don't need, which is hard to find in an auto mechanic. Highly recommend, and I'll be back for all of my services, servicing, and repairs. I have not been this impressed with a mechanic shop like this in over 20 years. All of the standard services, they have posted on the wall, are priced below what I've seen at shops up in Frederick (the shops I've used in the past 10 years). I'm still just amazed at the level of detail they provide.

I was referred here by my neighbor and could not be happier with their service. They take pictures of everything they work on and text you the breakdown before working on your car. They do great work here and are transparent with the costs of the repairs.
