By far one of the best honest experiences I’ve had with mechanics. Took my 2008 Honda Accord for a job that was estimated to cost 2x more at the dealership than what I was quoted by Auto Pros. Used their touch-less drop-off feature (very convenient) and after they inspected the car, they found the problem not to be an actual needed fix. This was great because they actually saved me money and time. I was able to get other much needed fixes done and still be below the estimated repair cost I was getting charged at the dealership. They were very honest with what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. This was great because I didn’t really have all the money to repair everything on the car. Also, they were very knowledgeable and patient explaining all the car needed. At the beginning, their communication wasn’t what I expected, but they were able to turn it back around by keeping me informed after I called a couple of times. But this was understandable as I’m sure the business had to cut back employees’ hours because of COVID. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results and will be going back and letting people know of their great service and unbeatable prices. Great work Airpark Auto Pros! 👏

Visited 06/10/20: This place truly deserves all of the 5 star reviews. I always look through reviews before choosing a business and this one is definitely worth it. Stand-out factors: -Business ran with a lot of integrity and honesty -Everyone seemed really knowledgable without being pushy or trying to upsell anything -Clean lounge area with snacks/drinks -Free detailed car report -Good mechanics that do good work

From the service advisor that kept me breast of my service throughout the process along with informing me of the multi-point inspection conducted to identify any other repairs I needed to be aware of. The facility is super-clean and comfortable and provides free WiFi, complementary snacks, charging station, etc. I’m truly pleased with the services provided, recommend this facility and will be back for any future service repairs I may need.

If you see this same Message on Yelp, I am not a bot, I just copied and pasted my review pretty much here. Now with that said, I generally don’t write reviews, unless they "WOW" me... for good or for worse. This place is Great though! From the customer lounge, to the professional staff, to the quality of work, Autopark is among the very BEST! I also got a Pretty sweet deal from Groupon, which saved me lots of money, and if it wasn't for Groupon, I'd probably never find this hidden gem. Very professional, the service manager Nelson is the best. the car was not fixable due to the part needed was discontinued and it could not be found in the aftermarket. but i would definitely use Airpark Auto for my new car.
