You need to make an appointment and usually it's 3-4 days later than your call It took half a day or more for an oil change

It is true that we work on an appointment basis, and we do stay very busy, but an oil change should not take that long. I’ve been bringing my vehicles to your company for over 4 years the customer service is phenomenal. The place is very clean they have snacks two computers coffee and tea place to charge your phone N laptop and a TV to watch nice atmosphere.. customer service upon your car being completed they give you a report card it remind me of a report card I used to get n school (lol) …. It indicates what passed and what failed … I love it.. I will continue to bring my vehicles there and refer others I would give this establishment a ten star if I could so I guess I will give it a five star.. 🫶🏾😍❤️ Lynn A favorite customer now drop the mic 🎤.. smile

This place is terrible. Please don’t take your car here. I paid 700 dollars for a back window and a serpentine belt with a belt tensioner. They told me I needed the reason my car was making a clicking noise was because of the mood acculator and was to cost me 1200. I declined the 1200 and saw later that the main bolt that was holding up the engine was missing. It was documented in the report by a photo but not marked as urgent. Last but not least, when i picked up the car i had ZERO oil in it and i had just gotten an oil change from NTB two weeks before. I had to buy 5 quarts of oil and fill it up. I honestly trusted all these good reviews, this place almost rigged my car so bad that I would have died. Not cool. I hate being a woman in a man’s world when it comes to cars, they really screw us.
