It is rare that you find a mechanic that is equal parts knowledgeable and personable. The process of making an appointment, checking in, waiting for services was amazingly easy. But that’s only where it starts — the work that is done is stellar and the team makes sure you understand what is being done, understand what needs to be done and understand why it needs to be done. This isn’t the kind of place that is going to take your car in the back and come back out with a list of expensive repairs — this is the place that will engage you in a conversation about what they are seeing and they will ask you about the repairs you want/those that can wait. There is a level of transparency that is hard to find elsewhere. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to have their car serviced.
