As the owner of a small business, I am huge fan of anyone who can make my life easier. Airpark Auto Pros does this in spades, whether it is their online scheduling tool, the electronic inspection reports, or the PDF invoices. Add to this the fact that the quality of their work is top-notch and terrific turnaround times, and you have a service partner that can't be beat. They are a rare find in a crowded field.

Excellent everything. We went in for a routine check up, replace the windshield wipers and an oil change for our Nissan Sentra and even for a small job they still took care of my very pregnant wife amazingly. We had to schedule last minute, and Nelson was very accommodating and professional. They are currently offering a special to pay for an Uber ride within a few miles after you drop off your car and even to bring you back...who does that!!!! Of course my wife used that time to go get her nails done nearby, which made her experience all the better I’m sure. Their customer service is top notch, and the waiting area was super clean with snacks, drinks, wifi and Netflix 🙌😁 We typically take our cars to the dealer but we are glad we tried this place, we’ll be bringing all of our cars to this mechanic shop now.

The team at Airpark Auto was excellent. They were very thorough in their assessment and even provided me with more information about my car that I requested. At no point was their team pushy and the Manager (Nelson) was incredibly helpful. A lot of auto shops repair cars, but very few of them provide a high level of customer service. If you are looking for an auto shop that is honest and accommodating, I strongly recommend this shop.

Came in for my appointment for maintenance and asked for recommendations for future work needed. Manager Nelson generously offered to call me an Uber but I opted to stick around and do my work (in peace and quiet) in their lobby which was stocked with cold beverages, wi-fi, snacks and even Netflix! The estimates were presented quickly, I opted for the oil change, filter cleaning and new wiper blades and they were not pushy about getting any additional work done. The work was completed in no time (too fast, in fact, LOL!) and they returned my car to me in much better shape (they surprised me by cleaning it too!) than when I turned it over to them! Top Notch service! Thank you Airpark Auto Pros - great work, reasonable costs, honesty and integrity going a long long way. I highly recommend you to all!
