Having my brakes done at Airpark Auto Pros was a truly refreshing experience. Nelson is an excellent service manager who knows what customer service / satisfaction is all about. What was refreshing was that there was no attempt to oversell unnecessary repairs, and the price was what I was quoted upfront...and not a litany of costs or fees that the dealers pile on as "disposable" charges.

This place is awesome. They are organized and know how to do the work in timely fashion. The lounge is comfortable and I was able to do work while the did the maintenance. I will definitely be there again

They were extremely helpful and friendly. The inspection report was a lot more in depth than other mechanic shops I’ve been to in the past and everything was explained well. Pricing was comparative to other mechanics as well so no issue there either. Would recommend this place to my friends and family.
