Easy communication to schedule and re-schedule appointment. No delay time between getting a car in and the beginning of the repair work - there is no time wasting. Very friendly, communicative and cooperative staff. Nice comfortable waiting area. Friendly and helpful discussion of the repair needed and possible approaches, parts, etc. Very reasonable pricing. Good quality of the work. Good alternative to the noticeably more expensive brand/dealership associated repair facilities.

The atmosphere was very nice. The waiting area was excellent. The gentleman (John?) was superb. The employees I spoke with were friendly and professional. I like how (John?) looked for discounts to help me with my pricing. I have a third party auto coverage and he assisted me with filing a claim for service to be done. I really like this shop and will continue to use it as my go to place for my truck.
