I brought my vehicle in for fluid replacements (coolant, brake, power steering, and automatic transmission). I arrived at the appointed time and the staff began work right away while I waited in their very clean and comfortable waiting room. When the maintenance was completed I received a detailed description of the work performed. The cost was much less than what a dealer would have charged for the same service. Overall, I found the staff to be friendly, professional, and informative. They didn’t try to up-sell me on additional services that I really didn’t need but they did inform me of a couple of potential issues to keep an eye on. Overall, I was extremely pleased with how I was treated as a customer and the services provided. I have since returned for similar work on another vehicle and was equally satisfied.
