My experience was terrific! I had already read the raving reviews so I was looking forward to it, but it exceeded my expectations. It's never a fun process to get work done on your car, but if a company can make it palatable and a comfortable experience, then they have mastered it. They have a waiting room with comfortable couches and a TV with many channels like at your own home: Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. I was able to complete some work in their internet cafe which they provide two computers. The do provide coffee/tea and a fridge of beverages. I'm focusing on the environment, but the personal service was phenomenal Johnny was very detailed and took his time to let me know what was being done and what would be coming down the line. You also get to watch your car being serviced on from the waiting room. That was a cool experience. They earned a customer for life! Fully recommend!
