Truly a great find ... normally I dislike car service appointments, always dreading what they will come up with that absolutely “has to be” fixed and will cost more than I can afford to spend. In comparison this was so much easier. The staff was helpful , the waiting room comfortable with magazines, snacks, and a TV, and the work was performed quickly. In the end my car received a clean bill of health without any additional work or charges. I was so impressed I already referred a couple of my friends to them!

Airpark Auto Pros provided great service at a good price when I needed to get my car's alignment checked out. They were able to see me on the same day that I called to make an appointment, which was very convenient. The guy I spoke with over the phone (Nelson) was polite and professional, and he let me know the entire process up front. There were no extra fees, and they were transparent when it came to their service. My car was in and out of the shop within the hour, and their lounge was a clean and comfortable place to wait. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a trouble free experience when it comes to car maintenance/repair.

Nelson was absolutely fantastic! I have come in twice now with tire issues and he ensured that they were fixed promptly and without great expense. I joked that I need to come in with a larger repair needed and see if the service and value match. Happy repeat customer here!

Don't trust what they say to you after work unless they give you the evidence that they did what they were supposed to do. Check VIN, license plate number, parts, computer print out, checklist, date and time, and so on.

This is the owner of Airpark Auto Pros. We deserve this review - not because we were dishonest in any way, but because we did not follow our normal procedures and did not provide the documentation that we normally provide. As a result, we left this customer with doubts. That should never happen. To be a trustworthy business, we must not only be honest, but we must be so transparent with every customer that we earn their trust. When our alignment machine's printer broke, we should have handled it differently. This customer deserved better service, better communication, and proper documentation.
