Don't trust what they say to you after work unless they give you the evidence that they did what they were supposed to do. Check VIN, license plate number, parts, computer print out, checklist, date and time, and so on.
This is the owner of Airpark Auto Pros. We deserve this review - not because we were dishonest in any way, but because we did not follow our normal procedures and did not provide the documentation that we normally provide. As a result, we left this customer with doubts. That should never happen. To be a trustworthy business, we must not only be honest, but we must be so transparent with every customer that we earn their trust. When our alignment machine's printer broke, we should have handled it differently. This customer deserved better service, better communication, and proper documentation.
