We brought our car here for an oil change. They always do inspection which is good but they are trying to trick you. They said that we needed to change brake fluid bc it is dirty. However, 1 month before we just had our brake fluid flushed and changed. They also said we needed to change the brake pads. We knew that our brakes are half way bc we asked when we did brake fluid. Afterwards, we took the car to another place for a second opinion. They said the brake fluid is totally fine and the brake pads are still good. This place is not doing an honest and good job. They will try to convince you to get more service from them. Please don’t believe them and get a second opinion.
It sounds like one of our technicians may have made a mistake. I will look in to this immediately and figure out what happened. Sometime mistakes are made, but as the owner, I will never tolerate anyone at our shop trying to sell a service that is not needed. We work in an industry that is notorious for this, and our mission is to set a different standard. Knowing the integrity of our team, I can't imagine that any of them intentionally made a recommendation that was not needed, but if that is the case, we will take whatever steps are needed to make sure that it does not happen again. And even if it was an honest mistake, we will put measures in place to ensure we don't repeat that mistake. Our integrity is of paramount importance to us and you need to know that you can trust us. We take this very seriously and will give it the immediate and focused attention it deserves. I will be in touch soon. John Burley, Owner
