INTEGRITY...Deliver what you promised. This somehow has alluded a lot of businesses with their promises that are just marketing tools to generate business. AIRPARK AUTO PROS strives to live up to their promises. I called because my front brakes and rotors needed replacement. The Groupon ad looked inviting and an appointment was made for the next day also a text was sent to remind me of my appointment. On arrival, I was greeted by the same person who has scheduled my appointment. He kindly interviewed me and took my vehicle in for service. The wait was grueling because I suspected the 'surprise' was coming. You know. You need this... or you need that can't offer the advertised price! The advisor informed me that the calipers were not releasing fluidly and it would take some additional time for completion. Also, it might make the work more expensive but no price was given because the mechanic was working on the problem. The time passed but I was inside the internet cafe 'surfing the net' when the advisor informed me the work was completed. Not only completed but a completed inspection report was given to me detailing what if any other conditions needed repair or service. This was not expected! I satisfied the invoice which was as promised with no additional charges! This business promised and exceeded my expectations for automobile service work. FREE coffee and snacks, also Covid-19 cleaning of the vehicle performed as a courtesy.
