Gaithersburg and Libertytown Auto Repair

We brought our car here for an oil change. They always do inspection which is good but they are trying to trick you. They said that we needed to change brake fluid bc it is dirty. However, 1 month before we just had our brake fluid flushed and changed. They also said we needed to change the brake pads. We knew that our brakes are half way bc we asked when we did brake fluid. Afterwards, we took the car to another place for a second opinion. They said the brake fluid is totally fine and the brake pads are still good. This place is not doing an honest and good job. They will try to convince you to get more service from them. Please don’t believe them and get a second opinion.

They are professional, on time and transparant in the overall costs to do the repair and no hidden costs. I used Groupon on my 2 cars for synthetic oil change and 30 point inspection.

The print out on what needed to be done with actual pictures of the problems is very helpful. Upon looking at it-- I can prioritize the repairs. I highly recommend going to Airpark Auto Pros!

Great service

As a first time customer, I was pleased with the service today. Nelson Borda was very knowledgeable and provided me with a detailed quote of repairs needed on my vehicle. Bonus points for the Internet Cafe and guest lounge with a Television. I was able to answer emails while waiting. Definitely will be back.

I originally went to Airpark Auto Pros (AAP) for a synthetic oil change. When I called and came in for my appointment, the staff member was very professional and friendly. The reception area has ample seating to maintain that distancing we must do and their was a much needed phone charging station I used. They had multiple bays and were busy, but it was not chaotic, as when you see other service shops. The attendant came to me and asked if I noticed my car not starting and he said it was a simple fix related to the new battery I had gotten done and he fixed it. Because it was a simple adjustment that wasn't done by the person who changed my battery, he offered to do it and was no extra charge. I offered, but he said not needed. I heard him interact with another client and they remained professional and friendly. Definitely going back.
